The fountains and water features at Finlay Park in Columbia, SC have been sitting dry and inoperative for several years. The Fountain Division of W. P. Law, Inc. is extremely pleased to be working with the City to get this landmark back up and running. The 25 year old park, in the center of downtown, is undergoing a major overhaul with hopes that it will become the beautiful attraction that it once was.
