It was a long journey from concept to completion. The "Seven Swans" sculpture, by artist Grainger McKoy, is the crown on the new entrance fountain at Swan Lake Iris Gardens in Sumter, SC.

The Fountain Division of W. P. Law, Inc. worked with Rogers Builders, Inc. to renovate the exterior fountain in the Bank of America Corporate Center Plaza on N. Tryon Street in Charlotte, NC.

Tate Plaza at Liberty Bridge was named in honor of two World War II Army Captains, George and Jack Tate. The brothers founded the Tate Furniture Company across the street in 1946.

The Fountain Division of W. P. Law, Inc. was called in to remove all of the dilapidated tile from the fountain walls and floor, fix the cracks, and apply a new epoxy waterproofing coating. The water feature, located at the entrance to Falls Park is ready to stand proud again.

The Fountain Division of W. P. Law, Inc. was contracted to perform repairs on the Architectural Fountain at Legacy Park in Greenville, SC. We repaired floor, wall, and sump box cracks, replaced and reset all nozzle penetrations, installed new water line tile, added new jets, risers, and valves, and applied a new epoxy waterproofing coating. Legacy Park, which officially opened in 2008, was inspired by New York’s Central Park to capture the essence of a pastoral park in the midst of a busy city. These repairs will bring this water feature back to its originally intended display.

The Fountain Division of W. P. Law, Inc. is working on a historical project to revitalize the Bath Gardens in Blythe, GA. We had a lot of work to do, but were excited to help bring the water features in these gardens back to their former glory.

Second phase of this project moved us into the “valley” at the Gardens. We were tasked with capturing water from the hillside springs and rebuilding the fountains and lily pond. We finished up this challenge in June 2020.
